Before launching 7 Rivers Marketing, Shannon served as CMO for one of the largest mixed-use real estate developers in the country. In 2024, Shannon founded 7 Rivers Marketing to pursue her passion for helping clients achieve their strategic goals through innovative marketing and leadership strategies.

Our Founder, Shannon Bedinger, earned a Master’s degree in Architecture and began her career at an architecture firm. Over time, she discovered a passion for strategy and big-picture thinking, which led her to transition into the firm’s marketing department. There, everything clicked: she found a perfect blend of her creative background and her love for strategic planning. Shannon entered the CRE industry in 2007, and since then, she has successfully led multiple national marketing and design teams, earning numerous prestigious accolades along the way.
